Delete Your QuackTrack Account
You can delete your QuackTrack account and its data at any time, right in the app. If you no longer have the app, send us a request below.
Delete it in the app
- Open QuackTrack and sign in.
- Tap Menu, then Account.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen, then tap Confirm.
- Review what will be deleted, type DELETE and tap Delete My Account.
Your account is deleted right away and you’re signed out. This can’t be undone.
What’s deleted
- Your profile, email, phone number and login
- All your photos
- Your markers, dogs, notes and saved zones
- Your migration reports
- Your friends and hunt group memberships
- Invites you sent, including the phone numbers you entered
- Your support conversations
- Hunts you hosted on your own, with their birds, notes and photos
What’s kept
- Birds you logged in other hunters’ hunts stay in their totals, shown as “Removed User”.
- Hunts you hosted with other members stay for them, hosted by “Removed User”.
- A record that an account was deleted, with the date. Nothing in it identifies you.
Your subscription
A subscription bought on our website is cancelled for you. An App Store or Google Play subscription is not: cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings so you aren’t charged again.
No longer have the app?
Send us a deletion request with the email address on your QuackTrack account. We’ll email you to confirm the request is yours, then delete the account and the data listed above within 30 days of confirming.
